A Voice for You

During my campaign for office in 2016 I promised my constituents that I would:

  • Be a strong voice for public education and returning full due process rights for all Kansas teachers
  • Fulfilling the obligations we have with KPERS
  • Fully fund KDOT
  • Adequate, affordable and available health care for all Kansans
  • Dismantling the disastrous Brownback tax plan
  • Supporting a new tax structure that benefits all sectors of the Kansas economy
  • Common sense laws aimed at reducing gun violence
  • The importance of women's health rights

As your Representative from the 21st District I have stood by those promises and my voting record in 2017 and 2018 will attest to that fact. For those of you who would like more information on where I stand on specific issues please refer to the position statements listed below. If you have any other questions or suggestions for me on any issue you can always reach me at jws4414@aol.com or at 913-579-9208 or 913-384-3393 (Home office) or in Topeka at 785-296-7692.
